FCA Compliance Training

At Ecompli, we have delivered numerous FCA compliance training sessions over the years, and covered a wide range of topics such as:

  • Senior Managers & Certification Regime
  • Conduct Rules
  • Complaints Handling
  • Financial Promotions
  • Anti-Money Laundering
  • Anti-Bribery
  • Consumer Duty
  • Mortgage Credit Directive
  • Mortgage Market Review
  • RMAR / FCA Returns
  • Advice/Sales Process
  • File Monitoring

We understand how important FCA compliance training is, especially following the requirement under the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) of completing 15 hours CPD per year.  It is for this reason that we ensure we deliver training that is bespoke to the firm and will tailor it to your requirements.  Whilst the IDD was repealed from the 5th April 2024, the requirements were transferred into the FCA Handbook.  As such, all our manuals and documents have been updated removing mention of the IDD but retaining the rules as required under the FCA.

Our favourite training session is actually Complaints!  We have taken the concept of Question of Sport and turned it into Question of Complaints.  We have received great feedback from our unique training style and its surprising how much competitiveness we see in people.   Everyone who has attended has then achieved 100% in their Complaints Test which we believe is testimony of how engaged people become.

If you are on one of our compliance packages that includes compliance visits then we would be more than happy to include a FCA compliance training session within the day.  Alternatively, you could benefit from a training session based on either a half or full day, depending on your requirements as a one off cost.  All individuals that attend our sessions will also receive a certificate of attendance to evidence the training they have received.

If you would like to discuss your FCA compliance training requirements we would be happy to answer any questions you have. Please contact Stephen Gibson on 01254 675674 or by emailing stephen.gibson@ecompli.co.uk for further information.
