We appointed Ecompli 3 years ago and our subsequent experience with them has been a delight (and I never thought I would ever say that about anything to do with Compliance!)
The team are highly professional in every sense of the word but are able to operate their services in a “user friendly” fashion. We are now in our 3rd year of compliance support from Ecompli. Stephen, Suzanne and the team completely understand the requirements and practicalities of running a Mortgage and Insurance brokerage – the support that they provide is a perfect blend of practical advice and thorough attention to detail. The resources available on the Ecompli website are well written, comprehensive and intuitive, as are the regular updates that we receive by email. On their own these resources would represent excellent value for money from our Ecompli subscription. However, the key reason for our satisfaction with Ecompli is the ad-hoc support and advice that we have access to. We can call or email the team at any time with questions, advice requests etc and the answers are always prompt and accurate.
It is our opinion that no other compliance provider comes close to matching Ecompli’s support packages and we would not hesitate to recommend them to other firms.

Ecompli have provided us with first rate compliance support for some time now. The information and advice available through their website is comprehensive, easily accessible and has proven to be invaluable to us.

I have personally worked with Ecompli for just over a year, although my firm has worked with them for longer than this. Throughout this time, I have received an excellent level of service from everyone in the organisation. Their knowledge of the FSA, the interpretation of the regulations and the requirements of firms working in this market is excellent and extremely comprehensive. Responses to questions, queries and requests are prompt and suitably detailed – most importantly in layman’s terms! In addition, they are flexible and able to adapt their service to meet the ever changing needs of my organisation.
