Option 1: Full FSA Application Support

If you would like us to assist you with completing your application we can visit you at your premises for a full day to work through the information required in order for us to complete the application on your behalf. This will include producing all the supporting documents to accompany the application including a Regulatory Business Plan, Continuity Risk Plan, Anti-Money Laundering Procedures, Staff Organisational Chart and Compliance Monitoring Programme etc

Once produced this will be sent to you for comment and your records before submitting to the FSA. We will then assist with any queries relating to the application from the FSA.

Option 2: FSA Application Guidance / Check

If you prefer, we can take basic details from you so that we can provide you with the correct FSA documents and supporting template documents specifically for your type of firm. This will be sent to you in a file, separated into various sections with supporting notes on the parts that you need to complete. You can then complete the relevant sections with your personal information etc before returning to us for a final check. Once checked we will then submit it to the FSA with a copy to you. We will then assist with any queries relating to the application from the FSA.
