Within this training course you will learn how to handle a complaint within the time requirements set by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), what you need to record on your complaints register and how to use this information to report to the FSA. The course also includes guidance on what firms requirements are to ensure they are compliant with the FSA rules.
The cost of the course is £100.00 + VAT per delegate.
If you are an Enterprise, Exclusive or Elite member the course is FREE. This training seminar provides three hour's worth of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
